Meet Our Team

Brendon Pierson is the founder of BRENDON PIERSON, INC, established in 1987.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Personal Financial Specialist and Investment Advisor Representative.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Planning Association.  Brendon graduated from Fordham University College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  Brendon also graduated from the College of Financial Planning. He is an avid golfer.

Daniel Merker is a Certified Public Accountant, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ®, and an Investment Advisor Representative who holds Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. Daniel is also licensed as an agent for life, health, annuities, and long-term care insurance. He has been with BRENDON PIERSON, INC. since 2010 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Daniel specializes in working with clients to develop holistic planning strategies which bridge the gap between traditional wealth management and effective tax planning. He graduated from Moravian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and is a member of both the AICPA and NJSCPA. Daniel is originally from Monmouth County, NJ, where he currently resides with his wife Kaylie, and their two children, Mila and Christian. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.

Amanda Pierson is the Firm Director of BRENDON PIERSON, INC. and is an Investment Advisor Representative with her Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. She has been with the firm for over ten years and is recognized as a PAFM by the CPA Firm Management Association and a CPP by the American Payroll Association. In her free time, Amanda enjoys gardening, reading, and hiking with her dog, Chi.

Jill Santucci is an Accountant. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Richard Stockton College. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking and basketball.

Peggy Pierson is the Director of Marketing at at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She is also a Registered Representative, Series 7 and Series 63 Licensed. She holds Life and Health Insurance Producer Licenses with the State of New Jersey. She is a graduate of Rutgers University. Her hobbies include reading, triathlons and golf.

Jennifer Ashton is a Financial Services Assistant at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She has over 25+ years experience in the Financial Services industry, with an extensive background in client care and customer service. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing on the beach with her dog.

Eileen Burns is a Registered Representative at BRENDON PIERSON, INC.  She has 25+ years of experience in the financial services industry and is Series 7 and 66 licensed.  Her background encompasses all areas of financial operations and client relationship management.  She loves spending time with family and friends, long walks with her family dog and believes Every Day is a Good Day.

Sarah Clarity is a Bookkeeper at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She has extensive experience working with small business clients. Her hobbies include reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

April Burrows is a Payroll and Logistics Specialist for Brendon Pierson, Inc. and has received her Fundamentals of Payroll Certification with the American Payroll Association. She has several years experience working in the automotive industry and in customer service. In her spare time she enjoys working on home projects and spending time with her family and dogs.

Tina Albano is the Marketing Director at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She is also a Solutions Consultant who specializes in Payroll and Workforce Management products. Tina has extensive experience in graphic design and customer service. She has an artistic background and continues to exhibit her artwork at galleries throughout the Metropolitan area.

Judith Regan is a Bookkeeper at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University. Judith has several years of experience working with small business owners in the restaurant industry. In her free time she enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.

Marian Klimas is a Bookkeeper and Customer Service Representative at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She attended the Institute of Technology in Athlone, Ireland. She was a Technician Member of the Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors and an Associate in the New Jersey Society Professional Land Surveyors. Marian enjoys kayaking, hiking and traveling.

Thomas Pollock is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ who specializes in working with clients to develop comprehensive financial plans using highly tailored investment management, retirement planning, insurance, liability management, and estate planning strategies. Thomas is also licensed as an agent for life, health, annuities, and long-term care insurance. He has over ten years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with BRENDON PIERSON, INC. since 2025. Thomas graduated from the University of Hartford with a master’s degree in accounting and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Haven. Originally from Connecticut, Thomas now resides in Port Saint Lucie, FL, with his wife, Isabelle, and daughter Cameryn. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and traveling.

Erica Pierson is the Marketing Assistant at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. Erica graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from LIM College. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. For Erica every day is about cultivating bliss and exploring the endless possibilities that life has to offer. She believes in living a life full of compassion, love and kindness.

Ellen Wallo is a Bookkeeper at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her spare time she enjoys writing, drawing, and cooking.

Camilla McCoy-Thompson is a Client Services Associate at BRENDON PIERSON, INC., and has been putting smiles on clients' faces in similar roles for 25 years.  Outside of her role at BRENDON PIERSON, INC., Cammy enjoys part-time product demonstration for various retail stores. Her other favorite pastimes include cooking and spending time with her family.

Melissa Fary is a Bookkeeper at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She is a graduate of Ocean County College with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. After working as a legal assistant for 10 years, she decided to focus exclusively on Bookkeeping and has since then been in full swing as an active Bookkeeper for 20+ years! Her hobbies are yoga, music, reading, gardening and hanging out with her loved ones. 

Daniel Fantozzi is an Associate Financial Advisor at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. Series 7, 63 and 65 Licensed. Daniel graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is currently pursuing his CFP Certification. In his free time, Daniel enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jodi Anderson is a Bookkeeper at BRENDON PIERSON, INC. She has an MBA from Baruch College-CUNY and 25+ years of experience in accounting and financial services.
